If repair of a poorly performing heating/cooling unit is feasible, we will explain what needs to be done, what the costs will be, and perform the needed repairs in a timely manner. If repair is not an option, we provide you with the information you need to select the ideal replacement unit for your specific situation and budget. Our professional service technicians will then install the selected unit to the highest professional standards.

Dowling has been married to his wife, Jenny, since 1999. He and Jenny have one child named Ady. She is known at 5 Star as “Little Boss”. Dowling has been in the refrigeration industry for over 25 years. He has owned his own business for 19 years. He is a member of First Baptist Church of Tifton where he serves as an adult Sunday school teacher. He loves to fish and spend time with family and friends. He gives God all the glory for his success in his business.

Over the last 35 years, I have seen the produce industry evolve to what it is today. I enjoy working personally with each and everyone of our customers. Many of them have become close personal friends. Some say when I pull up, they don’t know if I’m there to work on something, jump in the truck with them and ride around looking at their fields or to just have a cup of coffee and talk about life. That’s what I love to do, build those type relationships while providing a service that is top notch and well appreciated.”
